Now what comes to mind when you think of Immerse Italy? Perhaps Italian language and wine classes – again, you’re not wrong in the slightest. Did you know that I also do cheese classes? Either in-person or virtual my cheese class is a 1-hour trip through Italy where you will not only taste the cheeses, but learn their history, protected production methods, uses in the kitchen and wine pairings.
